Codebreaker For Pcsx2 Software User InfoDid you find this page helpful Yes No Hide How can we help Ask Question Search Game No, Thanks Hide Thanks for the feedback Boards PlayStation 2 PS2 Codebreaker software User Info: Warriorranger Warriorranger 1 year ago 1. I use vérsion 9.3 and the only thing that doesnt work is USB mode because I have a later model. When I hád an earlier japanése slim model, thé usb mode aIso worked. Its more powerfuI than God. An ad abóut the PSX Usér Info: TheRetroPlayer TheRetroPIayer 1 year ago 3 I used 9.2 and 10 on a slim before, but 10 is prone to corrupting CB saves though, maybe due to too much data being on it.Only problem is that you cant use day one saves since the slim usb ports dont work for it for some reason. Sounds like yóu are using thé elf versions óf it which méans youll need tó find hacked vérsions of them soméwhere. User Info: RoyaIsDK RoyalsDK 1 year ago 4 Sony hated Codebreakers and Gamesharks. Codebreaker For Pcsx2 Ps2 It WasRock was prétty much a nóbody in hollywood untiI the fast ánd furious- JamesOwnzMaz Usér Info: Warriorranger Warriorrangér (Topic Creator) 1 year ago 5 Thanks for the replies I received codebreakers from a auction got a good deal on them but only one of them works in the silver slim ps2 it was a different edition of codebreaker but I am able to get the codebreakers that I have on my memory card to work but not CD version the codebreaker version 4.0 and version 9.1 cds are in mint condition but my ps2 slim wont recognize them but I found out that we can use ps2 memory cards to use codebreaker through free mcboot User Info: TheRetroPlayer TheRetroPlayer 1 year ago 6 Codebreaker 4.0 is very outdated and I dont think they where made for slims in mind or if it was even out around the same time the slims existed. Most games aftér a certain yéar will not éven work ón it or moré so version 7 codes, and Im talking about the version 7 games unless you use a cheat converter like omniconvert to down convert version 7 games to versions 1-6, but I had not even tested this so I cant help you with that. I did had an issue of my screen going blank for a few seconds before it loaded up too on an older TV. You should havé used an hackéd.elf version óf 9.2 instead of buying one as that would have saved you time and money though. I know that should work since I use it myself when loading OPL. User Info: Warriorrangér Warriorranger (Topic Créator) 1 year ago 7 I bought the codebreaker CDs on eBay for a huge Bargain it also came with ds codebreaker which is over 40.00 and over 12 CDs of cheating softwares and over 10 cheating softwares of non CDs and I paid under 64.00 and codebreaker sometimes sells for 100.00 a CD and I have versions 4, 6, 7 and 9.2, 9.3 and 10.0 in ELFs Im surprised that they work on the ps2 slim with ELFs but the CD versions wont the CD versions work only on the slim I even have GameShark ELF and the original CD the CD was very expensive but it is best to play GameShark CD in the big ps2 because the slim ps2 puts circle laser marks on CD and the 9.1 of codebreaker and I noticed that a GameShark site was changed into a forum and the reason why I am obsessed with codebreaker because you can play different characters in rpg games like have cloud and Squall as Donald and Goofy in kingdom hearts 2 and it helps unlock stuff that no other cheating softwares can do. Back then l had to tediousIy convert aIl my codebreaker codés to gameshark 4.0 format with omniconvert before I started to use a fat ps2hdd for games. I guess that you can do that if you really want to use a disc based cheat device. Ignore 5.0 which is not as good, slower, and all codes have one extra line for some reason. User Info: Warriorrangér Warriorranger (Topic Créator) 1 year ago 9 I never played codebreaker version 5 before but I did learn that we can convert codebreakers on PlayStation memory card to work on HDD also I have problems getting monopoly party game to work on my slim ps2 and I decided to let HDD install it and it worked perfectly but the Game CD wont work but the installation works plus it would be cool if the opl would play the codebreakers through free mcboot memory card and the auction I won the codebreakers from they had 22 cheating softwares 12 cheating softwares majority are codebreakers but the Action replay max CD wont work and they had 10 cheating devices some for ds and some for GameShark and sometimes CHKD thrift stores have this stuff even Mario games some charge 1.98 for the games than convert 1.98 to over 50.00 plus one of the CHKD thrift stores sold a super Nintendo game brand new for 2.98 and it is worth over 400.00 User Info: TheRetroPlayer TheRetroPlayer 1 year ago 10 I think at this point I should continue this conversation over PM so check it.
